Valentine Rose could have been earned during the 2022 Valentine's Day event. Its sole creator is Hiloiska. It can now only be obtained by trading. It is a knife with a rose connected by two long stems behind the default slycer design, along with red sparkles appearing and disappearing randomly on the knife. It has normal range and sound effects if equipped when playing as the killer. It was not a code weapon or a shop weapon, but rather players had to escape and hope they'd be lucky enough to receive the knife.
