Permafrost is a spectrum tier crate weapon that could have been opened from the Winter crates. It is a double bladed axe, with the blades being made out of pure crystal. For its effect, light blue fire surrounds the tip of the knife, with ice particles appearing all over the axe, similar to Ice Breaker. It has improved range and normal sound effects if equipped when playing as the killer. Players had a tremendously low chance to get this due to its tier.
