Its design consists of a decorated Christmas tree with ornaments, along with a leafy green hilt and a wooden handle. The knife's name is based off the popular Christmas themed song by Aretha Franklin. For its effect, different colored ornaments pop out randomly over the knife. It as normal range and sound effects if equipped when playing as the killer. Players had a bit lower chance to get these due to their tier.
