Gilded Hearts was a weapon that could be purchased from the in-game shop for 2,000 coins for a limited time during the Valentine's event (2020). For the Valentine's event in 2021, its cost was raised to 4,444 coins. It is a pink knife with a golden cutting edge, the design on the knife consisting of multiple pink hearts with gold surrounding them, which is where its name comes from. It also has a red handle. For its effect, it has bigger pink heart particles than Gilded Valentine which ascend the knife rapidly and disappear. It has normal range and sound effects if equipped when playing as the killer, and its 2020 version holds very high trading value due to being a knife from the earliest event. It is actually one of the rarest weapons in the game, considered to surpass even Crimson Crusader in value.
