It is a limited Class 3 vehicle that was added in the 2024 Season 10 Update alongside the Fiat 1000Tipla, Mercedes-Benz CLR, Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport, Porsche 963 and Volkswagen I.D. R Pikes Peak.
With its 4-wheel drive, the 9X8 is very competitive with high-end hypercars like the Bugatti Bolide or the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR Pro. The handing is also excellent compare to LMH hypercars.
