Happy's Circus Knife was obtained by redeeming its now expired code, added on May 25, 2020. It is a knife with multiple shades of bright colors, and no added effects. This is also one of the two matching knives for Happy the Clown, the other one being Scimitar of the Happy Clown. It has normal sound effects and range if equipped when playing as the killer. This knife doesn't have very much demand as of now, but it holds OK trade value due to being an expired code.
