It is an unclassified rental vehicle that was added in the 2023 Season 8 Update alongside the Chevrolet Silverado NASCAR Truck, Dallara DW12 "IndyCar", EKazoo Racing Toyota Supra Mk4, Ferrari F2004, Hudson Hornet, Lamborghini SC20 and Legends Ford '34 Coupé as a special vehicle, being exclusive to and the only eligible vehicle in the Go-Kart track. Compared visually to the 1994 Tony Kart Esprit Go-Kart, it has an enclosed gearbox and wheel guards.
Compared to the 1995 Go-Kart, it is much slower in both acceleration and top speed.
