Batmobile

The 1989 Batmobile is an American fictional superhero hypercar based on the Batman films from 1989 as well as Batman Returns. It is a Class 3 event vehicle that was added in the 2024 Season 13 Update alongside the Aston Martin DBS 770 Ultimate "Coldplay Edition", C-West Nissan Skyline GT-R, Cadillac Miller-Meteor Sentinel "Ectomobile", Chevrolet Corvette "C8" Z06 "Coldplay Edition", DMC DeLorean and Ford Falcon GT "Pursuit Special". It was retired for a week due to technical issues surrounding the Season, where it received a new model with large headlamps and a large wing. Although the Batmobile has a relatively poor launch, its later gear acceleration is excellent. Becoming a good choice for drag race as it can achieve roughly <13s in 1/2 mile. In fact, its launch lifts its front wheels similar to the Fast & Furious Dodge Charger R/T, making it a legitimate dragster. However the Batmobile suffers from poor handling despite its high speed, seemingly even inferior to the aforementioned Charger R/T despite a difference of 1 full mark in their rating, struggling to turn in sharp corners and especially U-turns compared to other vehicles.
